Company adds new project agreements and executive leadership as construction advances on Colorado experience center
DENVER, Oct. 5, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Volley, a leading developer of advanced robotic parking systems, has reached a series of new milestones underscoring the company’s accelerating momentum, including new international design services agreements, the addition of an experienced C-suite executive, and continued progress on its 30,000 sq. ft. Denver-based robotic parking demonstration space and headquarters.
In recent weeks, Volley signed a new round of revenue-generating design services agreements with a diverse group of real-estate developers, including its first international agreement in Montreal, Canada, as well as a new agreement in San Francisco. The contracts – bringing the total number of design service agreements that Volley is currently executing to eight – mark the company’s growing footprint beyond the United States.
The growth comes as developers look for new ways to maximize valuable real estate and mitigate construction costs while still providing the parking residents and tenants expect. A 2026 UCLA analysis found that parking construction costs have risen about 50% faster than general inflation since 2012, while the National Parking Association’s 2026 Parking Pulse Report identified automation and technology as the industry’s leading drivers of future success.
“These new customers and our first international agreement, represent an important step in Volley’s growth and expansion,” said Sam Richardson, Volley’s CEO. “For developers grappling with rising costs and increased economic pressures, Volley’s robotic parking is an ROI no-brainer, particularly when coupled with the opportunity to offer enhanced amenities and an overall better parking experience.”
To support this rapid growth, Volley has added a new member to its executive team, Chief Operating Officer Ian Goudy, bringing the company’s total headcount to 21 employees. The expanded leadership team is helping the company scale its operations as it takes on new projects and prepares to bring its Colorado demo garage online soon.
Construction of Volley’s Denver demonstration facility – a 30,000 sq. ft. hub attached to the company’s headquarters which will showcase the company’s innovative robotic parking system – continues to move quickly, with the company on track to have the facility fully operational by the first quarter of 2027.
Volley’s momentum builds on its earlier projects in New York City, where it is currently working to install its robotic parking system in two residential developments: 38 Gramercy Park East and 550 West 21st Street, both developed by Legion Investment Group. Volley also has additional construction projects underway in Manhattan.
“I’m thrilled to welcome Ian to the team because his experience is perfectly aligned with our needs as we enter this next phase of growth and scale,” continued Richardson. “All systems are a go at Volley, and we are eager to continue this momentum.”
