Christian Ercole is Chief Legal Officer at Prismic Life, where he provides legal leadership for the company. Prior to founding Prismic Life, Ercole served as a vice president within Prudential Financial’s International Reinsurance business, where he led transaction-related activities in longevity risk transfer and funded reinsurance. Earlier in his career, he practiced in the corporate and financial services group at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, specializing in insurance regulatory and transactional matters.

Among his career highlights, Ercole advised on the record-setting $28 billion captive longevity reinsurance transaction between British Telecom and Prudential Financial, Inc. in 2014. He earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Fordham University and a J.D. from NYU School of Law. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
